Par peur de repr�sailles li�es � des noms enregistr�s, le projet change une derni�re fois de nom, pour adopter un *vrai* nom: tulklut.

- renamed the program (again ?!) to tulklut after a long and serious discussion between richard and malenki on #nasgaia, primarily for patent reasons.
- Changelog (this file) created and filled (good memory needed :-)
- french version of README (README.fr) created to help french and anglophobs people to unterstand what it is.
- bug fix: double-dots where not correctly translated; in fact, this character wasn't included in the delimiters set.
- the forbidden word isn't accessible even when playing with uppercase letters :-)
- modified the forbidden word result text and version/credit output (to thank malenki and Tuxa)
- work on the web site in progress. Malenki and Tuxa make good job for that.
- added the uppercase letters swap in words (Richard becomes Drahcir instead of drahciR).
